Common Reasons You May Need to Contact Us:
- DEPOSIT REFUND: Remember, in accordance with our
Terms
& Conditions, it
can take up to 2 WEEKS
to process your Deposit Refund from the day we RECEIVE your rental return,
which means roughly 2 and a half to 3 weeks from the day you SHIP your
rental return. Your rental will be processed in the order it was
received. Please, give us time to process your refund and please DO NOT
contact us regarding your Deposit Refund for AT LEAST 2 WEEKS from the
day we RECEIVE
your rental return (again, roughly 2 and a half to 3 weeks from the day
you ship your return). Contacting us sooner only slows us down in
processing your refund.
- TO PLACE AN ORDER: Remember,
you SAVE $5 when you ORDER ONLINE! We would love to be by the phone to
personally answer
every call that comes in, however, as a small, dedicated, family
business we need to focus our efforts on filling your orders quickly
and correctly. It is to YOUR benefit that we are focused on
getting your order right and getting you the specific rental you want
on time rather than simply sitting by the phone all day. So, please,
help us help you best by placing your order online. Your order
will be processed through PayPal either way, the world's #1 trusted and
secure online merchant exchange, and YOU SAVE $5 just for ORDERING
ONLINE! You also have the option online of paying with your PayPal
account, if you prefer, in addition to the option of paying with your
credit or debit card. If you still feel you need to place your order by
phone, not a problem. We always do our best to return your call
promptly with a smile in our voice because we're happy to serve you by
email or phone. (If we could clone ourselves, we would take your phone
calls
personally all day long. ; ) But, since we can't , we simply request,
if at all possible, that you assist us (and ultimately YOU) by placing
your order online and we'll even give you $5 BUCKS OFF as our way of
saying thank you! Thank you, so much!
- TO UPDATE YOUR ORDER:
Please,
EMAIL US your ORDER UPDATES so we have any changes or updates you need
in writing. If you only leave a voicemail, we may request that you send
us an email, as well, so please EMAIL US first and we will reply by
email to confirm or call you, if necessary. (REMEMBER: Updaes need to
be made before your order ships, so be sure to contact us in time.)
We
are typically in the office Monday-Friday, 10a-6p CST filling
orders and meeting the needs of
our customers. As a family business, we've found it's best
for
YOU if
we spend the bulk of our time making sure your orders are filled
correctly and shipped on time rather than sitting by the phone or
email. This is why we make it easy and offer you a discount when you
order online, and include an audio presentation on our main page and a FAQ page to help answer any
questions you
may have. If
necessary,
you may email us or call us toll-free and we will respond
as soon as possible. You may also leave a message and we will
email you or return your call as soon as possible. You may place orders
online and leave
messages for us 24
hours a day, 7 days a
week.
When
you contact us, please leave us a
detailed message with your email address, phone
number and specific question, so if we happen to miss you when we
respond, we can
still give a specific response to your question. We
understand the frustration of not reaching a live person and the need
to proceed with caution when ordering online. We value your business
