What Are Your Rates? You will find them listed below and on our Accessories page.

What Types of Payment Do You Accept? We keep it simple! You may pay with CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, PAYPAL or CASH (in person). We DO NOT accept PERSONAL/BUSINESS CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, ETC. WE DO NOT FILL OUT CONTRACTS, W9s, ETC. You pay for the service, Paypal sends you a receipt, we provide the service. Simple as that!

Is There a List of Your Songs On Your Website? Our RENTAL Songs are listed on our "Song List" page (click here to go to our "Song List" page now).

What Styles of Music Do You Offer? ALL STYLES!!! What styles do you like?

Can I Make Special Song Requests? YES!  Absolutely!  You can ADD AS MANY SONGS AS YOU LIKE!  SPECIAL SONG REQUESTS can be added to the ELITE SYSTEM for JUST $2/SONG (5 song/$10 minimum).  We also have LANGUAGE and RELIGIOUS PACKAGES that can be added.  (Individual requests CANNOT be added to the SUPER SYSTEM, however SPECIAL LANGUAGE and RELIGIOUS PACKAGES CAN BE ADDED.)  Call 1-888-7-KARAOKE or Email Us for more information.

What is Your Refund Policy? 

CANCELLATIONS: All Rentals include a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 Fee subtracted from the total payment if you decide to cancel your payment for any reason. So, please place your order when you are ready to do so.

RENTAL REFUNDS: We offer refunds based on system performance and timely delivery and not personal preference or human error. The following Rental Refund policy is based on the expectation that your equipment should operate as promised and arrive in time for your event as verified by the respective mail carrier, if sent by mail.  ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY PHONE AND BY EMAIL.

  • We individually inspect each piece of equipment before it is sent out to insure it is fully operational and again when it is returned. However, in the event you receive equipment that does not work properly we will send you a replacement in time for your event and give you a 50% refund of your rental fee or refund 100% of your rental fee and offer you a 50% off your next rental. To receive a refund of any kind, you must test the system and contact us by phone and email by 9p the same day you receive it and it must be delivered and scanned by the respective mail carrier to be shipped back to us by 10a the following mailing day.
  • If your equipment works when received, but ceases to function properly during you event, we will refund 50% of your rental fee for that piece of equipment. Again, the item must be shipped back to us by 10a the following mailing day. Upon inspection and verification of equipment failure and confirmation that there was no human error or mistreatment to the equipment, we will refund 50% of your rental fee for that piece of equipment minus shipping fees.
  • We always ship on time, guaranteed express delivery. However, if we fail to ship you the equipment on time, we will refund your entire payment, 100%, and give you a FREE rental for your next event. If the mail carrier fails to deliver the equipment on time then we will refund 100% of your rental fee along with 50% of any shipping fees refunded by the carrier and offer you a 25% discount on a future rental.
  • We do not give refunds for equipment that works as advertised but for whatever reason the client is unable to operate or does not prefer. Our systems are very easy to use and we include easy to follow instructions. We are also available to answer any questions you may have regarding operation during normal business hours, Monday-Saturday CST. (So, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you test your equipment and learn how to use it as soon as you receive it and not wait until the time of your event.) Our karaoke systems are designed to serve a wide variety of people and situations and, apart from special song requests for the Elite System, cannot be specially catered to the preferences of each individual or group.

Are There Any Additional Fees?  If you RETURN OUR EQUIPMENT ON TIME in the SAME CONDITION AS YOU RECEIVED IT, PACKAGED AS YOU RECEIVED IT then there are NO ADDITIONAL FEES beyond the cost of the rental.  Otherwise, the FEES are as follows:

CANCELLATION FEE: $25

LATE FEE: $35/Day

MISPACKAGING FEE: $25

DAMAGE/REPLACEMENT FEE: $25-$125 Duet Microphone, $250 Main Microphone/Karaoke System, $200 Song Card

Why Rent a System When I Can Buy One? That's Simple: You GET THE SONGS AND THE SYSTEM WITHOUT the HASSLE! 

You may be able to purchase a VERY CHEAP karaoke system, but remember - you get what you pay for!  Cheap systems SOUND CHEAP, DIE FAST and become OUTDATED EVEN FASTER till they're nothing more than an OLD, EMBARRASSING RELIC collecting dust in a corner of your home like most CHEAP-MART systems you see and all that BEFORE THE PARTY'S EVEN OVER!  Do you want your friends and family saying, "nice try" at having a karaoke party or DO YOU WANT TO HAVE A KARAOKE PARTY?! 

And, that's JUST THE SYSTEM ITSELF!  WHAT ABOUT THE MUSIC?  You need SPECIAL KARAOKE MUSIC where the WORDS FOLLOW ALONG on the SCREEN!  And, don't even THINK of trying that VOICE REMOVAL FAKERY on your mp3 collection unless you want the music to sound like R2-D2 in a TIN CAN, not to mention it DOESN'T WORK - the VOCALS ARE STILL THERE!  EMPTY PROMISES!  And any "FREE" karaoke music you find out there is going to sound just as cheesy - YOU'RE BETTER OFF PLAYING THE MUSIC YOURSELF on YOUR CASIO KEYBOARD than singing along with those clunkers.  Again, do you want them saying "nice try" or THAT ROCKED!...?  

So, you've got your cheapo system and now you're going to try to find GOOD music for it.  Ok.  Imagine the TEDIOUS HOURS and DOLLARS AFTER DOLLARS spent trying to get GREAT KARAOKE MUSIC for your new system. (Keep in mind, we don't have to imagine - this is our life.)  Now, instead of SAVING TIME AND MONEY you're actually SPENDING A WHOLE LOT MORE!  And, we mean A WHOOOOLE LOOOOOT MOOOOORE!  You can forget any social life you once had because now all your once "FREE" time will now be spent adding HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS of songs to your new, soon to be forgotten, karaoke system.  And, NEW SONGS are COMING OUT LITERALLY EVERY DAY!  How do you expect to keep up with them all? We're talking a DAILY INVESTMENT of YOUR TIME AND ENERGY adding up to THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS of DOLLARS!  And, all this for a system you may use A FEW TIMES, if that. Not to mention the LEARNING CURVE of USING the equipment and getting it up to speed, i.e. PROGRAMMING, SOFTWARE, COVERTING SONG FORMATS, HARDWARE, ETC., ETC., ETC. What happens after you've done all this hard work only to find your brand new system has quickly become LAST YEAR'S LEMON, is out of date and now you need to start ALL OVER AGAIN? Then what?

How Do I Rent Equipment? Oh, that's easy! Just click below and make a payment for your rental or call us at 312-566-0910 and we'll do it for you. Simple as that!

Is the Rental System Easy to Use? Can you dial a phone? Can you press a button? Then you can use our rental system. It's that easy! It's just plug & play. Enter the song number the same way you would dial a phone or scroll down the page alphabetically to find the song you want, press play and you're singing karaoke. All the songs are built-in. No CDs to mess with. It's so easy to use a child could do it, though we do always recommend parent supervision.

Is the Rental System Easy to Transport? Well, it weighs less than 3 pounds and could be easily carried in a purse or small bag. How's that for easy?

What Does the Rental System Include? All of our karaoke systems offer more than enough for an entire event's entertainment and then some. Complete with key, tempo, echo, volume control, 2 microphones and video lyrics. Uses standard RCA/PHONO (Red, White & Yellow) AV connection and can be connected to virtually any tv, stereo and/or sound system.

Do You Deliver the Rental Equipment or Do I Need to Pick It Up? Which would you prefer? If you're in the Chicagoland area and you want to save a few dollars then you can come pick it up, otherwise we can send you the unit at a discounted rate! You decide!

How Soon Do I Need to Place My Order for You to Deliver It in Time? When Will My Rental Arrive? If you place an order before 5p CST today we can have your rental there TOMORROW, if necessary.  Normally, we will get the rental to you the business day BEFORE your event and, to AVOID LATE FEES, you simply return it NO LATER THAN the BUSINESS DAY AFTER your event.  For example, if your event is SATURDAY or SUNDAY we would ship it to arrive on FRIDAY so you have a day or two to TEST THE SYSTEM and, if necessary, call us with any questions.  Then, AS SOON AS YOUR EVENT IS OVER, you put it in the SAME SELF-SEAL BOX, STICK THE LABEL ON WE PROVIDE and ship it right back NO LATER THAN the MONDAY following your event.  So, for ONE LOW PRICE you essentially get the RENTAL for the WHOLE WEEKEND!  If you place your order the MONDAY before the FRIDAY delivery date that would be 4 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE.  The FRIDAY before would be 5 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE, etc. We can also DELIVER on SATURDAY, if needed!

What's the Difference Between the SUPER and the ELITE system?  Which One Should I Choose? In short, they are both GREAT, tried and true systems! The MAIN DIFFERENCE is Quality vs. Quantity.  If you or the people at your event are "audiophiles", i.e. "music lovers who are passionate about high-quality music reproduction", then definitely choose the ELITE system.  If you care more about having the most songs to choose from and are not too concerned about the songs sounding "identical" to the original recordings as long as they're singable, then opt for the SUPER system.

When Do I Need to Return My Rental Equipment? Unless you PAID or would like to pay for ADDITIONAL RENTAL DAYS, your EQUIPMENT IS DUE FOR RETURN THE DAY FOLLOWING YOUR EVENT!  PICK-UP RENTALS (i.e. rental(s) that you picked-up from us), are DUE BACK 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF PICK-UP.  MAIL RENTALS (i.e. rental(s) that were mailed to you) are DUE for SHIPMENT the DAY FOLLOWING YOUR EVENT.

Why is There a Deposit?  Do I Get It Back? These are rentals, after all.  We've found the odds of us getting our equipment back increase when renters leave a deposit.  We've tried it both ways, and unfortunately in this case, money talks.  Of course you'll get your deposit back.  That's why it's called a DEPOSIT.  We just want to make sure we get our equipment back and in the same condition we rented it.  The money is then simply refunded back to your card the same way it is when you return an item to any department store, etc.  If you have any questions about this, please call us at 1-888-7-KARAOKE.  We'll be happy to assist you!
