We've found most questions can be answered by email, however if we determine a voice mail reply is required, we will normally respond M-F, 10a-6p CST otherwise please check your email for a response.

We are in the office Monday-Friday (except national holidays) filling orders and meeting the needs of our customers.  As a family business, we've found it's best for YOU if we spend the bulk of our time making sure your orders are filled correctly and shipped on time rather than sitting by the phone or email. This is why we make it easy and offer you a discount when you order online, and include an audio presentation on our main page and a FAQ page to help answer any questions you may have.  If necessary, you may email us or call us toll-free and we will respond as soon as possible.  Our toll-free number is also a 24-Hour hotline with helpful tips for both current and prospective renters.  You may also leave a message and we will email you or return your call M-F, 10-6p CST. You may place orders online and leave messages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When you contact us, please leave us as detailed a message as possible with your email address, phone number and specific question, so if we happen to miss you when we respond, we can still give a specific response to your question. We understand the frustration of not reaching a live person and the need to proceed with caution when ordering online. We value your business and, unlike other companies, we WILL respond, usually by email to establish a reference point in writing for you and us regarding your order. We may also leave a voice mail, if we determine it is necessary. So, when emailing or calling, please leave a detailed message that includes both your email address and phone number, so we may resond, as needed.
